Workshop-based TIG welders are required for stainless steel pressure vessel and storage tank fabrication.
Responsibilities:
- TIG welding of stainless steel shells, dished ends and nozzles.
- Maintain purge and interpass temperature control as specified.
- Grind, dress and prepare joints for inspection.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of stainless steel TIG experience.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld maps.
- ITI or equivalent trade training preferred.
