Structural fitters and fabricators are required for plate girder assembly on a bridge project.

Responsibilities:

  • Mark, cut and fit-up plate girder sections to drawing.
  • Tack and set up assemblies for the welding crew.
  • Check squareness, camber and dimensional tolerance before release.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of structural fit-up experience.
  • Confident reading structural drawings and cutting lists.
  • FCAW experience is an advantage.
