With our pipe grinding machine stainless steel profile and tubes can be machined quickly and problem-free with high speeds without any grinding burrs or heat discoloration. Hand rail pipe notches, belt grinders, plate tapping, pipe hole tapping, threading machines.
The grinding rollers can be changed in only a few seconds. The grinding belt can also be changed easily from one side of the machine. Once the profiles and tubes have been ground, they can be debarred using the handy debarring table at the top of the machine.
In industries where tubes and profiles need to be welded together at an angle of 90º,ALMI pipe notchers make the notches required for the joints extremely quickly and accurately. This applies in particular for gas, steam, stainless steel, and non-ferrous pipes and sections. ALMI pipe notchers are also ideally suited for the preparation of double corner joints.
